How do I request a Public Record?

Public records request must be made to the County Archivist and Open Records Request Coordinator. Requests may be made orally or in writing using Form 1 in the above Public Records Policy at 590 Main Street, PO Box 435, Jacksboro, TN 37757. Requests may be made by phone at 423-562-2526 or by fax at 423-562-2075, ATTN: Deputy Mayor. Requests for inspection may also be submitted via email at myersgerald457@gmail.com

Are there any fees associated with a records request?

Any potential fees are outlined in the Public Records Policy, page 6, section VI. Fees and Charges and Procedures for Billing and Payment.
