How do I request a Public Record?

Public records request must be made to the County Archivist and Open Records Request Coordinator. Requests may be made orally or in writing using Form 1 in the above Public Records Policy at 235 East Central Ave., LaFollette, TN 37766 or PO Box 111, Jacksboro, TN 37757. Requests may be made by phone at 423-562-2526 or by fax at 423-562-2075, ATTN: Deputy Mayor. Requests for inspection may also be submitted via email at cctnhistoricalsoc@gmail.com
