I’m starting a business in Campbell County. Do I need a business permit?

There are some exceptions based on gross receipts, but businesses much apply for a county business license within 20 days of opening. Businesses within city limits may also need a license within their city.

How do I get a beer permit?

In order to apply for a beer permit, you must first have a business license. Applicants then must complete and submit a beer permit application to the County Clerk’s office which then will be submitted to the County Commission’s Beer Board for approval.
